VERITY’S POSTPARTUM RETURN-TO-RUNNING PROTOCOL: Rehabilitation protocol designed for the postpartum momma to get back to running safely. Starts at week 1 and goes through to 6 months postpartum. Includes progressive running protocol.

*INITIAL PRENATAL* VIRTUAL SESSION: 45-minute virtual session w/ Dr. Carolyn Latham to gather necessary information to create the personalized return-to-run program.

*PERSONALIZED* POSTPARTUM RETURN-TO-RUN RUNNING PROGRAM: Dr. Carolyn Latham will create a running plan specific to your running history, injury history, your needs and most importantly, your GOALS!

WEEKLY INFORMATIONAL EMAILS: Starting week-one after you give birth to recap weekly exercises, tips and tricks revolving around nutrition, childcare, self-care, pelvic floor health, and running.

[2 WEEKS] POSTPARTUM VIRTUAL SESSION: 45-minute virtual session w/ Dr. Carolyn Latham to address current symptoms as well as check-in on exercises and adjust as needed.
