2-to-1 ratio students to instructor. It is important to teach in pairs. This will allow you to not only learn how to properly perform the movements but also learn how to spot a partner, help identify areas of form breakdown, and actually teach the movements. This will empower you to take these new skills into your lives going forward. Knowledge is power!

Research shows great benefits of weight training for any age; the science is there! Beyond the science, I believe that teaching young women how to incorporate the skill of weight lifting into their weekly workouts is empowering and builds confidence on top of physical strength. Learning how to safely lift weights and feel confident in the gym is an excellent trait for young women-athletes to have.
