VERITY’S POSTPARTUM RETURN-TO-RUNNING PROTOCOL: Rehabilitation protocol designed for the postpartum momma to get back to running safely. The protocol starts with gentle motion and activation exercises in the first week postpartum and progresses to more advanced exercises all the way through week 12 postpartum. The protocol also includes a progressive return-to-running program starting at week 13 postpartum with maintenance exercises to continue doing for general running health and wellbeing.
